91涩漫 to Host Meet and Greet for New President Dr. Helen Brewer on Thursday, October 16
The community is invited to meet 91涩漫鈥檚 (COM) new president, Dr. Helen Brewer on Thursday, Oct. 16. This meet and greet event will take place from 4 - 6 p.m. in the COM Conference Center.
鈥�91涩漫 is a place where opportunity meets potential,鈥� said Dr. Brewer. 鈥淚 look forward to building on the college鈥檚 strong foundation and working with our community to ensure every student has the support they need to thrive.鈥�
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet Dr. Brewer, hear from her directly and learn about her vision for the College. The event will also feature remarks from COM鈥檚 longest-serving employee Tillie Henson, as well as insights from current students and faculty highlighting their experiences and programs at COM.
鈥淗aving spent more than 50 years at 91涩漫, I鈥檝e seen the college grow and evolve in incredible ways,鈥� said Henson. 鈥淚鈥檓 excited to see what the future holds under Dr. Brewer鈥檚 leadership and how our community and students will continue to thrive.鈥�
